Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Automation Specialist role situated in Bahawalpur. The Automation Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automation processes. Daily tasks include analyzing workflows, developing automation solutions, troubleshooting existing systems, designing test cases, and ensuring system functionality through quality assurance practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying updated on the latest automation technologies will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Process Automation and Automation methodologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in existing systems effectively.
  • Experience with designing and executing Test Cases to ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Knowledge in Quality Assurance to maintain and improve system standards and performance.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
  • Familiarity with business automation tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or UiPath is a valuable asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
