Role Description

Urban Draft is seeking a Sales Navigator
to join our team in Multan . The Sales Navigator will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and supporting the firm's expansion into new markets. This includes conducting targeted market research within the architecture and design industry, managing sales pipelines, and aligning strategies with the marketing team to effectively showcase Urban Draft's services.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing sales software and CRM systems to track and manage leads.
  • Researching industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
  • Engaging with prospects through email, calls, and networking channels.
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing and design teams to align messaging and proposals.
  • Preparing detailed sales reports, forecasts, and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong research and data analysis capabilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in architecture, design, or related industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
