Job Title: CSR + Media Presenter (Night Shift – Female Only)

Location: Lahore (On-site)

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are hiring female candidates who can handle Customer Support (CSR) and Media Presentation roles. The CSR will be responsible for ticket sales (Inbound/Outbound) for our New Jersey-based campaign (USA), and the Media Presenter will conduct Amazon/TikTok live sessions to promote our branded products.

Key Responsibilities:CSR Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to ticket sales for the New Jersey (USA) campaign.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Maintain sales targets and provide accurate information.

Media Presenter Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live sessions on TikTok/Amazon to promote products.
  • Confidently explain product features, usage, and benefits.
  • Engage with live viewers and answer queries politely.
  • Represent the brand positively on camera.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only (Night Shift).
  • Strong English communication skills (must be clear & confident).
  • Comfortable appearing on camera for live sessions.
  • Ability to manage both CSR and media tasks.
  • Prior experience in CSR or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
