Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, or chat regarding nutrition-related products (e.g., Skin Care Products, Health Care Product, or Natural Products).
  • Explain product benefits, usage instructions, and ingredients in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
  • Offer personalized nutritional advice based on customer needs (within brand policy, not as medical consultation).
  • Handle customer complaints or feedback related to product effectiveness or dietary results.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to provide customer insights and improve communication strategies.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support accurate and confident customer guidance.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are empathetic, informative, and brand-aligned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science.
  • Freshly-1 Year experience in sales, or customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of nutritional products, dietary needs, and customer behavior.
  • Ability to handle customer queries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
