The Division:

Ineo offers full lifecycle assignment management and integrates every aspect of the mobility workflow – from vendor management to global compensation services. Leveraging Ineo's global tax knowledge, it integrates data entry and reporting with logic to support the complexities of mobility talent management. 

The Position:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to help us expand and refine our existing design system in Figma. You'll work with our team in enhancing designs based on product stories and requirements. The selected candidate will work out of the Contour Software Lahore office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product and development teams to work on Figma designs. 

• Translate product stories and requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. 

• Maintain consistency with existing design patterns while identifying opportunities for improvements. 

• Deliver high-quality design assets and specifications for development handoff. 

• Provide design input that aligns with business goals and user needs 

Job Qualifications: 

• Minimum 4 years of working experience designing web and mobile apps. 

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma work. 

• Expertise in Figma, including creating components, styles, and design systems. 

• Ability to interpret product requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions. 

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

• Self-motivated with the ability to learn new systems, platforms, and technologies related to the position. 

• Ability to take direction as well as self-manage time and tasks. 

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with agile teams and story-driven workflows. 

• Familiarity with usability testing and user research methods.
