Are you a talented graphic designer or video editor looking to join a dynamic team?

TAB Developers is one of the fastest growing real estate developers in Pakistan. For our Lahore office we are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive who is an expert in Graphic Designing & Video Editing who will be responsible for developing the social media campaigns and define their KPIs. This role involves leading a marketing strategies, coordinating with sales team and utilizing various marketing channels to reach potential buyers & sellers. Ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of specialised experience in social media management in real estate industry.

This position is on-site, located in Lahore Cantt.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Create visually appealing content using graphic design tools for still and video content
  • Update content across all social media channels
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools
  • Develop and execute social media strategies and ad campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Edit promotional videos, client testimonials, real estate walkthroughs, reels, advertisements, and event coverage.
  • Trim footage, add transitions, effects, motion graphics, and background music for polished final outputs.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure video tone and style align with campaign goals.
  • Optimize videos for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Organize and manage raw footage while maintaining a library of reusable assets.
  • Apply knowledge of video compression, formats, and resolutions suitable for each platform.

REQUIREMNETS:

  • Experience in creating social media strategies
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Aptitude for crafting engaging content
  • Office based job in Bahria Town Lahore
