Role Description

Candidates must have strong expertise in Zoho CRM (Deluge, Client Scripts, Widgets), solid JavaScript and API integration skills, and experience building automation flows across multiple platforms. A minimum of 3–5 years in CRM development, including at least two years of hands-on Zoho work, is required. Familiarity with , Airtable, and third-party APIs is preferred. The role demands fast learning, clear problem-solving ability, strong attention to detail, and excellent English communication.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain advanced CRM and automation solutions for multiple clients.
• Build custom Zoho CRM functions using Deluge, Client Scripts, and Widgets.
• Create workflows, automations, and complex business logic within CRM systems.
• Integrate external APIs (REST/JSON/OAuth2) with Zoho and other platforms.
• Build end-to-end integrations, including webhooks, callbacks, and error handling.
• Work with additional CRM platforms such as and Airtable.
• Develop custom UI components, subform logic, and dynamic user interactions.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into clean, scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure system stability.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality work within deadlines and maintain clear communication.
