The Warehouse In-Charge will oversee the storage, handling, and dispatch of finished textile goods, ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accuracy in inventory, and timely order fulfillment. The role requires close coordination with production, quality, and logistics teams to maintain efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise overall warehouse operations related to finished goods (receiving, storing, stacking, dispatching).
  • Ensure accurate stock management through ERP/WMS and conduct regular physical stock counts.
  • Maintain proper documentation of inward/outward goods, delivery challans, invoices, and stock registers.
  • Coordinate with production and sales teams to plan timely deliveries and avoid delays.
  • Implement proper FIFO/FEFO system for finished goods.
  • Monitor packaging and labeling of goods as per client or export requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
  • Manage loading/unloading operations and transport arrangements for dispatches.
  • Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements for cost and time efficiency.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and dispatch reports for management.
  • Other tasks assigned as per Management etc.
