About the Role
Startup Pakistan is looking for a creative powerhouse who can take our podcast to the next level As Podcast Director, you'll manage the entire show - from guest coordination to crafting viral reels that grab attention.
Strong sense of content & storytelling
Knowledge of editing tools (Premiere Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve)
Sharp eye for social media trends & what makes reels go viral
Creativity, attention to detail, & digital-first mindset
You'll be responsible for end-to-end podcast production: brainstorming topics, ensuring smooth recordings, guiding post-production, and shaping our content into viral clips that resonate with audiences.
Past podcasting experience isn't required — what matters is your vision, passion, and ability to think outside the box.
