Backend Developer
to join our engineering team and help bring this vision to life.

Role Overview

As a
Backend Developer
, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services that drive our platforms. You will collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to deliver
high-performance, secure, and scalable APIs and microservices
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL).
  • Develop and optimize
    microservices architecture
    for scalability and reliability.
  • Work with
    databases
    (PostgreSQL, Redis) for efficient data management.
  • Implement
    authentication & security mechanisms
    (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC).
  • Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate APIs with real-time dashboards.
  • Manage deployments using
    Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
    .
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across distributed systems.
  • Stay updated with backend best practices, cloud technologies, and DevOps tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a
    Backend Developer
    (1-2 years).
  • Strong skills in
  • Experience with
    microservices, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, MQTT)
    .
  • Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis).
  • Hands-on experience with
    containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
    .
  • Knowledge of
    API security standards (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    event-driven systems
    and
    real-time data processing
    .
  • Bonus: Experience with
    TR-069/TR-369 (USP)
    or IoT device management protocols.
