About the Role

Kick-start your professional journey with a structured, high-impact Management Trainee Program in Supply Chain & E-Commerce Operations. You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship from industry experts, and a clear roadmap to grow into leadership roles within 18–24 months.

What You'll Do

  • Assist and progressively lead end-to-end supply chain activities (procurement, inventory planning, warehouse coordination & last-mile fulfillment)

  • Analyze KPIs, vendor performance, lead times, stock accuracy, and cost-to-serve metrics

  • Prepare dashboards and reports for management reviews

  • Collaborate daily with procurement, warehouse, customer experience, and marketplace teams

  • Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement projects

  • Ensure 100% compliance in documentation, audits, and SOP adherence

  • Explore innovative, cost-effective logistics and sourcing solutions

Who We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months experience

  • BBA / MBA / BS Supply Chain / BBA-IT / BSCS or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university

  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of Power BI or SQL is a big plus)

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Hunger to learn, take ownership, and grow rapidly
