Are you a digital marketing strategist with a passion for real estate and a knack for creating impactful online campaigns? Q-Real Estate Marketing Company, a fast-growing and innovative real estate marketing firm, is looking for a Social/Digital Media Head to lead our digital presence and drive online growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital media strategy aligned with the company's goals.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage and grow the company's online presence through content creation, paid ads, SEO/SEM, and community engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Coordinate with sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Build and manage a small in-house digital team as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of real estate marketing trends and customer behavior.
  • Expertise in social media management tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinking with a results-driven mindset.
