We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer with strong skills in video editing and animation to join our newly launched agency team. You'll be responsible for crafting engaging, high-quality visual content that brings our clients' brands and stories to life across various platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential.

โข Edit video content for various client needs, including marketing, social media, product launches, and tutorials.
โข Create compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that enhance video storytelling.
โข Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute video campaigns efficiently.
โข Maintain a consistent visual style and brand aesthetic across all client projects.
โข Manage post-production tasks, including audio mixing, color correction, and exporting in multiple formats.
โข Assist with other design needs (e.g., thumbnails, social posts, presentation decks) as needed.

โข Proven experience working on both long-form and short-form content (e.g., YouTube videos, documentaries, as well as social media ads and Reels/Shorts).
โข Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is mandatory.
โข Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
โข Ability to take creative direction and also bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table in a fast-paced agency environment.
โข Strong time-management skills and demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects.
โข Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro
โข Bonus skills: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
