Position: Associate Cloud Engineer

Location: NASTP 2, Karachi — Onsite

Key Responsibilities


• Handle live chat inquiries promptly, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.


• Address customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver real-time solutions.


• Manage and prioritize support tickets effectively using the ticketing system.


• Investigate and resolve customer issues within defined SLAs.


• Proactively monitor customer accounts across multiple channels.


• Contribute to building and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base.


Must Have


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant technology field.


• Excellent written communication skills.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
