The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Multimedia Designer—a creative hybrid who excels in both static graphic design and motion graphics. You will be the visual storyteller for our clients, creating a wide range of assets from social media graphics and eBooks to animated explainer videos and digital ads. Your ability to maintain brand consistency across both static and moving media will be crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Visual Creation: Develop compelling visual content from concept to execution, including:

Static Design: Social media graphics, web banners, eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, presentation decks, and email templates.

Motion Design: Animated explainer videos, product demos, social media advertisements (short-form video), website hero videos, and animated GIFs.

Simplify the Complex: Translate technical SaaS and tech product features into clear, engaging visual narratives, both static and animated.

Brand Guardian: Create and meticulously adhere to client brand guidelines across all deliverables, ensuring visual consistency.

Collaborate: Work closely with our strategists, copywriters, and account managers to ensure all visual assets align with campaign goals and client expectations.

Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects from various clients, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.

What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves):

Proven Hybrid Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer with demonstrated motion graphics skills. A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional work for tech, SaaS, or B2B clients in both static and video formats is essential.

Software Mastery:

For Design: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

For Motion: Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.

Design Fundamentals: A stellar eye for typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.

Technical Aptitude: An ability to quickly understand and get excited about new software and technology products.

Storytelling: A knack for crafting narratives that are not just beautiful, but also effective at communicating a message and driving action.

Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work under deadlines.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with UI/UX design principles and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).

Basic knowledge of video and digital marketing principles (e.g., conversion optimization, platform-specific specs).

Experience editing live-action footage alongside animation and graphics.
