Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lecturer role based in Multan at the South Punjab Healthcare Institute of Professional Studies. The Lecturer will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging academic lectures, developing course materials, conducting research, and guiding students in their academic and professional endeavors. Additional responsibilities include assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and participating in institutional academic events and activities.

Qualifications

• Subject-matter expertise in relevant academic disciplines and effective curriculum development skills
• Strong teaching, communication, and presentation abilities
• Excellent research, academic writing, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in mentoring and guiding students academically and professionally
• Capability to work collaboratively with faculty members and administrative staff
• Master's or higher degree in a relevant field is required; prior teaching experience is preferred
• Familiarity with the education standards of the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan and the University of the Punjab is an advantage
