Eligibility Criteria:
Pharm-D student (final year) or fresh graduate from a recognized university
Strong interest in hospital/clinical pharmacy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily pharmacy operations including dispensing and inventory management
Support clinical pharmacists in reviewing medication charts
Participate in patient counseling and medication safety practices
Learn about drug interactions, dosages, and therapeutic uses
Comply with hospital policies and pharmacy standards
