Job Description:

This position is responsible for leading the instructional process by delivering engaging lessons, collaborating with colleagues and school leadership, and responding to parent/guardian queries. With the aim of enhancing student learning outcomes in line with the MYP curriculum and established lesson plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons effectively within the MYP framework.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration to resolve instructional or classroom concerns.
• Engage with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
• Implement diverse teaching, learning, and behavior management strategies.
• Apply assessment techniques aligned with curriculum requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of MYP methodologies.
• Understanding of educational psychology and curriculum implementation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Capable of managing conflict and maintaining positive relationships.
