Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced
Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Developer
with
2–4 years of professional experience
. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in developing scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM, along with strong problem-solving and integration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced solutions using
    Power Apps
    (Canvas & Model-Driven) and
    Power Automate
    .
  • Customize, configure, and extend
    Dynamics 365 CRM
    (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
  • Work with
    Dataverse
    and build integrations with
    SharePoint, Teams, Azure Services, and Power BI
    .
  • Develop and deploy
    custom connectors, plugins, workflows, and business process flows
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security best practices.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across Power Platform and Dynamics solutions.
  • Create and maintain
    technical documentation
    for developed applications and integrations.
  • Stay updated with new features and evolving best practices in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience
    with
    Microsoft Power Platform
    (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI integration).
  • Strong experience in
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization & configuration
    .
  • Proficiency with
    Dataverse
    and relational data modeling.
  • Solid understanding of
    Power Fx, JavaScript, C#, .NET, TypeScript
    , and
    REST APIs
    for extending Power Platform capabilities.
  • Experience with
    Azure services
    (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management) for enterprise-level integrations.
  • Knowledge of
    ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
    , solution packaging, and deployment strategies.
  • Familiarity with
    DevOps practices
    (Azure DevOps, Git).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with
    Power Pages (Portals)
    development.
  • Exposure to
    RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
    using Power Automate Desktop.
  • Familiarity with
    AI Builder
    and Copilot integration in Power Platform.
  • Microsoft
    PL-400, PL-600, or PL-200 certification
    is a strong plus.
