Mid-Level UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a mid-level UI/UX designer for a full time on-site position in Lahore having 2-4 years of experience.

Please don't apply if:

  • You are just fond of making things prettier without any consideration for user-experience.

  • You can't think from a product and business logic perspective.

  • You can't translate business requirements into user-friendly flows and wireframes.

  • You don't have any experience with SaaS platforms, Data driven dashboards and mobile applications.

  • You can't research on competitor products and find inspirations.

  • You don't design 100% in auto-layout and don't have a thorough understanding of it.

  • You don't create design systems and don't use components.

  • You don't have a portfolio to showcase your skills.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical abilities and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to think like a product owner, solve UX challenges and bring your own ideas.

  • Comprehensive experience of designing products such as SaaS platforms, data visualization dashboards and mobile applications.

  • Ability to translate requirements into user-flows, wireframes and high-fidelity designs.

  • Ability to look for edge cases and map the design to real-world scenarios.

  • Ability to hand-off the designs to developers for efficient implementation.

  • Ability to process feedback and excellent understanding of English language.

  • Extensive experience of working with Figma.

  • Excellent understanding of auto-layout in Figma.

  • Experience of creating detailed design systems with typography, colour palettes and component libraries.

  • Ability to find modern inspirations and keeping up with latest design trends.

Good communication skills.

Please note that you'll be asked to share some of your works in Figma using screen share during the interview.
