Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and the technical skills to translate designs into functional and engaging web applications. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly interfaces that align with client requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities (JD):

• User Research & Analysis:
  Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Wireframing & Prototyping:
  Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• UI Design:
  Design compelling and consistent user interfaces (UI) for web applications, ensuring responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
• Interaction Design:
  Define and refine user interactions, animations, and transitions to enhance the overall user experience (UX).
• Front-End Development:
  Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable front-end code using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
• Design System Management:
  Contribute to and maintain our design system and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with product managers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure seamless integration of UI/UX into the development process.
• Client Communication:
  Participate in client meetings to present design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions.
• Stay Updated:
  Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design and development processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience:
  [X] years of demonstrable experience in UI/UX design and front-end development. (e.g., 3+ years)
• Portfolio:
  A strong online portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design and front-end development projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less), and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, ).
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Understanding of front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp) is a plus.
• UX Principles:
  Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an agile team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Experience in a consulting or agency environment.
