Impetus Systems (FlowHCM) is Hiring: Software Quality Assurance Engineer (SQA Engineer).

Location: Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Training: Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn software testing fundamentals, including manual and automated testing techniques·
  • Test Case Execution: Execute test cases as directed by senior/mentor SQA team members to verify software functionality, performance, and reliability.·
  • Defect Reporting: Assist in identifying and documenting software defects, working closely with the SQA team to ensure accurate defect tracking.·
  • Test Documentation: Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.·
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand project requirements and quality goals.·
  • QA Processes: Gain familiarity with quality assurance processes and best practices within the organization.

Qualification: Bachelor's in CS or Software Engineering.

Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience.

Skills: Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.Good communication and teamwork skills.
