This is not just a simple Upwork Bidder or Copy writer role, it's a 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 where you'll take ownership of the entire sales pipeline on Upwork, from lead generation to closing high-value deals.

We're looking for someone who 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐔𝐩𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭 — its algorithms, proposal strategies, profile optimization, and client engagement best practices, while also having the ability to speak the language of technology. You'll act as the bridge between clients and our technical team, ensuring we communicate value clearly, scope projects accurately, and close it out.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

𝐔𝐩𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩

-Create, optimize, and manage Upwork profiles to maximize visibility and credibility.

-Identify, bid, and secure projects in core domains: AI/ML, mobile & web development, SaaS, cloud solutions, and more.

Develop tailored proposals and strategies that resonate with client needs and maximize win rates.

𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

-Conduct discovery calls, clarify requirements, and translate technical needs into business terms.

-Negotiate terms, budgets, and timelines confidently to close deals.

-Build and nurture long-term client relationships with proactive communication and trust-building.

𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠

-Train and mentor junior bidding/sales associates to improve conversion rates.

-Manage account health: JSS, feedback loops, dispute resolution, and consistent positive outcomes.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Minimum 𝟑+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐨𝐧 𝐔𝐩𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐓/𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬, with a strong track record of winning and managing high-value projects.

𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐅𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲: Ability to understand and confidently discuss technologies like AI/ML, NLP, React, React Native/Flutter, , Python, SaaS, and cloud platforms.

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞: Strong knowledge of Upwork algorithms, bidding strategies, proposal writing, and account optimization.

𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭: Experience in leading bidding teams, managing client portfolios, and aligning sales activities with business goals.

𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Ability to juggle multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines with precision.
