is actively seeking a skilled and experienced
Amazon Virtual Assistant
to join our on-site team in Sialkot. This is a full-time opportunity for a professional who understands the complete Amazon operations and can take both strategic and technical ownership across multiple marketplaces, including the US, UK, and Europe. The ideal candidate is an expert in Amazon FBA and Private Label, with a deep understanding of Seller Central and Amazon's latest policies. This role is responsible for driving overall performance and business growth through the strategic execution.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Product Research & Hunting

• Analyze trends & competitors to identify winning products across the USA, UK, and Europe, marketplaces

• Use advanced tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.) for data-driven sourcing

Listing Creation & Optimization

• Create compelling, SEO-rich listings (Title, Bullet Points, Descriptions, A+ Content)

• Ensure keyword optimization and compliance with Amazon policies

Inventory & Order Management

• Monitor inventory levels and manage restock planning (FBA)

• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for smooth product flow

PPC Campaign Management

• Launch, monitor, and optimize Amazon Ads for maximum ROI

• A/B testing and keyword bid strategies to reduce ACOS

Customer Service & Review Management

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve disputes professionally

• Implement strategies for review generation and feedback handling

Amazon Account Health & Compliance

• Monitor account metrics and ensure compliance with Amazon policies

• Handle suspensions, appeals, and case resolutions(addressing customer or seller issues through support channels) when needed

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• A Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in Marketing, or Certification in Amazon VA training and PPC tools.

• 3–4 years of proven experience as an Amazon VA with a strong portfolio (mandatory)

• Excellent English communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills

• Strong command of technical tools and strategic execution

• In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, Private Label, and Amazon policies

• Experience in managing multiple marketplaces (US, UK, Europe)

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
