We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior Content Writer
to create engaging, technically accurate, and impactful content that communicates the value of our IT products to diverse audiences. The role requires collaborating with product managers, developers, marketing, and design teams to produce high-quality content that supports product adoption, customer engagement, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

  • Develop high-quality content including product documentation, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, web copy, product descriptions, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Translate complex technical features into clear, user-friendly language for different audiences (developers, business stakeholders, end-users).
  • Maintain consistency of tone, style, and messaging across all content formats.
  • Create content strategies aligned with marketing goals, product launches, and customer journeys.

Product-Focused Writing

  • Write detailed product guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to assist customers.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand features, use cases, and customer benefits.
  • Develop thought-leadership articles to position the company as an industry expert.
  • Optimize content for SEO and ensure discoverability in digital channels.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and lead-generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create visually engaging and interactive content.
  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to produce sales enablement materials, decks, and case studies.
  • Mentor junior content writers, providing editorial guidance and feedback.

Research & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
  • Gather customer and user feedback to refine messaging and improve content relevance.
  • Track performance metrics (CTR, engagement, leads generated) to optimize content strategies.
  • Recommend new content formats (videos, infographics, tutorials, etc.) to enhance engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content writing, with at least 2+ years in IT product/tech writing.
  • Strong understanding of software products, SaaS, cloud, or IT solutions.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, engaging ways.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.
