Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager with strong experience in government-facing sales, particularly in security, defense, and public sector domains. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding our reach within federal and provincial agencies, disaster management authorities, and infrastructure bodies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead government and enterprise sales initiatives for DJI Enterprise drone solutions.
Identify and grow key accounts across departments such as:
COD, GHQ, Police, Fire Departments, Rescue Services, CDA, National Heritage, Highway & Transport Authorities.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with officials and stakeholders in public-sector organizations.
Oversee end-to-end tendering and bidding processes, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for product demos, pilots, and field trials.
Strategically develop new opportunities in the defense, disaster relief, and public infrastructure sectors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
3–7+ years of experience in sales of security, defense, or government technology solutions.
Existing relationships and networks within government departments listed above.
In-depth understanding of government procurement workflows and the public tender process.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with high-level officials.
Highly honest, diligent, reliable, and aligned with professional ethics.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant discipline.
Experience with defense contractors, surveillance systems, or UAV-based projects is a strong plus.
Excellent communication in English and Urdu (written & verbal).
