Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing IT operations at the assigned office, ensuring system uptime, ticket resolution within SLAs, and compliance with IT policies. Leads a team of System Support Engineers and manages infrastructure, assets, and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily IT operations and infrastructure (hardware, software, network)
  • Ensure RMM/SOC agents are active and properly configured
  • Oversee ticket resolution and SLA compliance, including VIP issues
  • Lead and mentor System Support Engineers; manage team tasks and evaluations
  • Maintain IT asset movement logs and ensure 90% backup inventory
  • Coordinate inventory tracking and reporting
  • Plan and execute quarterly maintenance for user systems
  • Ensure accurate documentation of processes and system changes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of IT operations experience (1+ year in a team lead role)
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, system administration, and networking
  • Experience with ticketing systems, SLAs, ITIL practices
  • Proficiency in RMM tools, SOC tools, WSUS, and monitoring systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong documentation and compliance abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: ITIL, CCNA, or MCSE
  • Experience in multi-site or fast-paced IT environments
  • Knowledge of Fortinet, VPNs, and firewall management
