MS Excel Expert (English Fluent) – Night Shift

Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore (On-site)

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT), Monday–Friday

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Excel Data Entry & Reporting Expert with excellent English communication skills to join our Lahore-based team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.), proficient in online data sourcing, and capable of delivering accurate, well-structured reports for our international clients.

This is an on-site, night shift role offering great exposure to US-based projects and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across multiple systems
  • Verify datasets for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
  • Use advanced Excel functions to process, analyze, and organize large volumes of data
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Conduct online research using diverse tools and databases to source relevant data
  • Present findings and reports in a clear, concise, and professional format

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent English (written & spoken) – must-have for client/team communication
  • Proven expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX, SUMIF, Macros, etc.)
  • Strong data sourcing and research abilities across online platforms and tools
  • Knowledge of SQL queries (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Excellent analytical skills for interpreting large datasets and generating insights
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in data entry, reporting, or research roles (preferred)
  • Must be a resident of Lahore and able to work on-site
