Role Overview

We're looking for a
Senior Mobile Apps Developer (Flutter)
with deep technical expertise and a strong sense of design craft to join our on-site product engineering team in
Lahore
.

You'll own the full lifecycle of Pure Matrimony's mobile applications from architecture and pixel-perfect UI implementation to performance tuning and release.

You will work alongside product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver mobile experiences that are fast, intuitive, and visually refined used by hundreds of thousands of practicing Muslims worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the
    architecture, development, and optimization
    of our iOS and Android apps using Flutter and Dart.
  • Translate Figma or design prototypes into
    production-quality UIs
    with consistent motion, spacing, and typography.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to maintain
    a unified design system
    and ensure a premium user experience.
  • Integrate APIs, Firebase, analytics, and real-time data flows securely and efficiently.
  • Implement modern
    state management
    (BLoC, Riverpod, or GetX) with test coverage and clean architecture.
  • Manage
    app releases
    , hotfixes, and continuous improvement pipelines.
  • Conduct
    code reviews
    , drive refactoring, and mentor mid-level engineers on best practices.
  • Profile and optimize for
    60 fps performance
    , startup time, and network efficiency.
  • Partner with backend and DevOps teams to shape a seamless end-to-end mobile experience.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years
    of professional mobile development experience, including 4
    + years in Flutter
    .
  • Proven record of
    building, shipping, and maintaining large-scale Flutter apps
    .
  • Expert-level knowledge of
    Dart
    ,
    widget lifecycle
    , and
    custom UI animations
    .
  • Strong grasp of
    mobile app architecture patterns
    (Clean Architecture, MVVM, layered).
  • Fluency with
    REST APIs
    ,
    Firebase
    , and
    CI/CD
    pipelines (Fastlane, CodeMagic, or similar).
  • Appreciation for
    design systems
    , accessibility, and visual detail.
  • Familiarity with native Android/iOS development (Kotlin or Swift) is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of
    SOLID principles
    ,
    OOP

    test-driven development
    .
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to explain technical trade-offs clearly.
