Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visual concepts and creative assets for digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, HR, product, etc.) to understand design needs and deliver creative solutions.
  • Translate ideas, brand values, and messaging into compelling visual content.
  • Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity across all mediums.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring design consistency.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of visual principles such as color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Ability to creatively interpret briefs and transform them into impactful visuals.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to accept and incorporate feedback.
  • Time management and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with animation, motion graphics, or video editing tools - is a plus.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of proven experience in a similar creative/design role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work.
