We are seeking a
Branding Expert
who can merge
brand strategy
with
hands-on creative execution
across both
digital and print platforms
. This role is responsible for developing the brand's identity, crafting its story, and producing
high-quality visual designs
that ensure consistency everywhere the brand appears—online, offline, and in print. The ideal candidate is a
strategic thinker, creative storyteller, and skilled designer
who thrives in building impactful brands.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Identity

  • Define, implement, and evolve the company's brand strategy and positioning.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines covering visuals, tone of voice, and messaging.
  • Conduct competitor, consumer, and market research for differentiation and growth.

Creative & Design Execution

  • Digital Design:

  • Social media creatives, ad campaigns, websites, UI/UX elements.

  • Presentations, infographics, email templates, and digital brand assets.

  • Print Design:

  • Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners, stationery, merchandise, and packaging.

  • Create large-format visuals for exhibitions, events, and outdoor branding.
  • Prepare artwork for professional print production (bleeds, CMYK setup, print-ready files).
  • Collaborate with printers and vendors to ensure color accuracy and quality output.
  • Ensure a unified and recognizable visual identity across all brand touchpoints.

Storytelling & Communication

  • Develop compelling narratives and visual storytelling for campaigns.
  • Align all creative outputs with the brand's personality, values, and tone.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions for fresh creative ideas.

Measurement & Growth

  • Monitor brand performance (awareness, engagement, sentiment).
  • Gather customer and market feedback to optimize brand presence.
  • Lead brand audits and propose creative improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Branding, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in brand management, creative design, or related roles.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing
    brand strategy, digital design, and print design
    .

Core Skills

  • Digital Design Tools:
    Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD), Figma, Canva.
  • Print Design Expertise:
    Knowledge of print production standards, typography, color management, die-cuts, packaging layouts, and pre-press file setup.
  • Strong visual design sensibility: layout, composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent storytelling and copy-visual alignment skills.
  • Ability to balance creative innovation with brand consistency.

Preferred

  • Experience with motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with large-format/outdoor print design (billboards, signage, standees).
  • Knowledge of sustainable/eco-friendly print design practices.
