Service Engineer – Analytical Instruments

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Service Engineer to join our team in Karachi. The role focuses on installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for analytical laboratory instruments, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install & commission HPLC, GC, GCMS, LCMS, UV-Spectrophotometers, and other analytical instruments.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibrations at client sites.
  • Provide after-sales support and customer training.
  • Ensure reliable performance of instruments in pharmaceutical and industrial labs.
  • Maintain service reports and technical documentation.

Requirements

BE in Electrical Engineering, Bio-medical Engineer or Biochemical Engineers are encouraged to apply.

Fresh graduates or candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in analytical instruments servicing.

Strong technical background in Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.

Ability to work independently and travel when required.

Good communication skills with a customer service mindset.
