Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in telecom, cybersecurity, or quality assurance, and will play a key role in testing the resilience of mobile network operators by simulating user behavior, documenting outcomes, and collaborating with reporting and commercial teams to ensure service quality and performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate remote test handsets hosted at client/partner locations
  • Perform structured NVT test cases on web portals, mobile apps, and network services
  • Log each test attempt with accurate timestamps and observations
  • Validate successful test attempts through backend system logs and application sync
  • Compile and summarize testing reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with documentation and refinement of the testing playbook
  • Report anomalies and suggest improvements to existing test procedures
  • Manage and maintain reports

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelors (Hons). from a reputable institute
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline
  • Basic understanding of internet, mobile networks, and web/app login flows
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, test case logs, and documentation tools
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the fields of telecom and security testing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs100,000.00 per month
