About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Career Counsellor to join our dynamic team . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them in choosing the right educational and career path. You will play a key part in handling walk-in inquiries, providing career counselling, and ensuring a smooth admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective students on available programs and career pathways.
  • Manage walk-in inquiries and provide accurate program information.
  • Convert leads into successful enrollments through effective guidance.
  • Support and streamline the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and admissions in line with institute policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Education, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to counsel, persuade, and build relationships with students and parents.
  • Passion for education and student success.
  • Prior experience in counselling, admissions, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
