Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Minor OT Technician located in Islamabad. The Minor OT Technician will be responsible for preparing operating rooms for minor surgical procedures, assisting surgeons during operations, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring thorough cleanliness in the operating room. The role requires adherence to safety and procedural protocols, maintaining inventory of surgical supplies, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.

Experience

Minimum 1 year experience needed to apply

Qualifications

  • Technical skills in operating room preparation and sterilization
  • Experience assisting in minor surgical procedures
  • Knowledge of safety and procedural protocols in a healthcare setting
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills with healthcare professionals
  • Excellent organizational and inventory management skills
  • Relevant certification or diploma in Operation Theatre Technology or similar field
  • Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and patient care orientation

Salaray

Pay is negotiable as per experience level.
