Job Purpose:

To assist with day-to-day administrative and office maintenance tasks, ensuring cleanliness and smooth support services for office staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Clean and maintain office premises, including meeting rooms and common areas.
  • Ensure cleanliness of pantry, and office equipment
  • Handle routine office errands like delivering documents within the office or nearby locations.
  • Support with minor administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing meeting rooms.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and pantry items when required.
  • Assist in setting up desks and arranging furniture when needed.
  • Ensure all areas are hygienic and properly sanitized.
  • Follow company rules and maintain discipline and punctuality.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Matric or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Good hygiene and grooming.
  • Polite, respectful, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Basic understanding of English or local language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20, Rs25,000.00 per month
