Job Purpose

Handle all  Margin FX & Futures clients , execute deals with clients independently and meet assigned revenue targets and perform all assigned functions.

Responsibilities

Key Result Areas 

  • Independently handle all functions of  Margin FX & Futures.
  • Service all margin clients to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Assist in growing regional margin business by booking leads.
  • Develop technical know-how to keep abreast of latest development in  FX markets in order to update clients.
  • Maintain code of dealing with ethics and conduct to achieve industry standards.

  • Complex and dynamic operating environment which requires extensive product knowledge.
  • Tense operating environment with very high degree of concentration to keep track of volatile market movements
  • Flexible to work on eight hourly shifts operational 24 hour basis including night shifts as assigned.

Qualifications

 Decision Making Authority & Problem Solving 

  •   Complete authority to determine pricing for clients
  • Authority to pass on better fills to customers on executed trades.
  • Authority to deal with any authorized counterparty and accept / reject quoted prices.
  • Resolve all deal related issues with clients and other counterparties, liaising with TOC and other departments as necessary
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree with strong number orientation and treasury sales background.
  • 2-4  years experience in an active treasury .
  • Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of FX and futures
