Established in 2021, RASM is an upcoming fashon brand catering to a diverse clientele with its specialized, versatile prints and textile designs. We are looking for a driven Fashion Designer to join our Design and Creative Team and help drive the business to where its envisioned for.

What You'll Do

  • Participate in designing seasonal collections focused on our brands philospohy
  • Develop digital fashion illustrations, flats, and moodboards using Illustrator or Photoshop
  • Create and edit 2D digital patterns using tools like CLO 3D, Optitex, or similar
  • Collaborate with embroidery artists and production team to translate digital concepts into physical prototypes
  • Participate in fittings, sample reviews, and production planning
  • The role is client facing so interactions with our clients in exhibitions or studio would be part of the role

Desired Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field
  • 1+ years experience in apparel design (ethnic wear experience highly preferred)
  • Proficiency in CLO 3D, Optitex, Illustrator, or equivalent software
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern drafting, and textile behavior
  • Experience with embroidery placements, surface ornamentation, and heritage crafts
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with tailors, embroiders, and sampling units
