Social Media Manager — Organic & Performance Marketing

Location:
Karachi (Onsite, 6 days a week)

Experience Required:
2 – 5 years (Immediate Joiner Preferred)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager
who can lead both
Organic & Paid (Performance) Marketing
. The candidate should be creative, analytical, and capable of handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute
    organic and paid social media strategies
    aligned with brand goals.
  • Plan, create, and manage
    content calendars & campaigns
    for multiple industries.
  • Collaborate with the
    design, production, and sales teams
    to ensure smooth campaign execution (including content shoots).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics for both
    organic and paid growth
    .
  • Stay updated with
    social media trends, algorithms, and industry shifts
    , incorporating them creatively into campaigns.
  • Manage ad campaigns across
    Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads
    (and more).
  • Handle community engagement: respond to comments, queries, and maintain brand reputation.
  • Ensure targets (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) are consistently met.
  • Manage
    multiple client accounts simultaneously
    with proper time and task management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of
    2–5 years
    handling
    multiple social media accounts
    (agency or brand-side).
  • Strong experience in both
    organic content marketing
    and
    paid performance campaigns
    .
  • Understanding of
    analytics tools
    (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Ability to create
    strategies, execute campaigns, and optimize based on data insights
    .
  • Excellent
    communication & coordination skills
    with design, production, and sales teams.
  • Creativity in adapting
    industry trends
    to different brand voices and sectors.
  • Strong portfolio of accounts managed with
    proven results (growth, engagement, sales conversions)
    .
  • Time management and ability to work in a
    fast-paced, multi-client environment
    .

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience with
    SEO content integration
    in social strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of
    graphic design / video editing tools
    (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Experience working in
    digital agencies
    with diverse clients.
