IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

SM Program & Projects is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic projects in connectivity, enterprise automation, hybrid cloud, IoT, and ICT services, while enabling business growth, operational excellence, and customer success.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Devise recovery strategy for the credit management department in Lead the planning, execution, and governance of projects across Telecom, ICT, and Business Solutions domains within PTCL Group.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects covering network rollouts, ICT solutions, enterprise automation, cloud, IoT, and managed services.
• Drive structured handover/takeover processes between Sales, Technical Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure accountability and seamless execution.
• Engage with business stakeholders and leadership to align projects with organizational strategy and customer expectations.
• Monitor and report KPIs, financials, risks, and progress through executive dashboards and project reports.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring compliance, performance, and value realization.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, IT, engineering or related field. Master's degree in project management and preferably MBA.

Experience:

• 12–15 years of progressive experience in Tech project/program management, preferably in PTCL Group, Tech, or related ICT/Telecom environments.

Technical Competencies:

• End-to-End Telecom & ICT Project Delivery
• Methodology Expertise (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
