Job Overview:

The Social Media & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing all social media platforms, and creating compelling visual and written content to promote Gateway's services and partner brands. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of graphic design, brand communication, and marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

· Create and manage content calendars for social media and digital platforms.

· Design visually appealing posts, graphics, and marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.

· Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and monitor their performance.

· Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute marketing campaigns and brand promotions.

· Write and edit engaging captions, taglines, and marketing content aligned with brand tone.

· Track and analyze key performance metrics, preparing monthly reports and insights.

· Coordinate SEO and website optimization activities to improve online visibility.

· Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral for clients.

· Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.

· Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).

· Good understanding of SEO, analytics, and online advertising platforms.

· Excellent communication skills and creativity with attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn campaigns.

· Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).

· Knowledge of email marketing tools
