Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior & Architecture Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and layouts based on project specifications, collaborating with architects and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

l Develop detailed architectural and interior design drawings.

l Experience of interior working drawings.

l Prepare layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.

l Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers.

l Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.

l Ensure all drawings comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.

l Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Requirements:

l Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

l 2–4 years of experience in architectural and interior drafting.

l Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant drafting software.

l Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction methods.

l Attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.

l Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

l Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion).

l Experience in site measurements and preparation of as-built drawings.
