Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Process, verify, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Obtain price quotations, compare costs, and assist in supplier selection.
  • Maintain and update the supplier database to ensure competitive and reliable sourcing.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, negotiate terms, and resolve procurement-related issues.
  • Prepare and submit invoices and payment requisitions for approval and processing.
  • Ensure all procurement documents are accurate, complete, and properly filed.

Inventory & Facility Management

  • Monitor and maintain stock levels for office supplies and materials.
  • Place new orders as needed to avoid shortages.
  • Coordinate minor maintenance, repairs, or renovation work as required.

Administrative & Office Support

  • Manage correspondence, internal requests, and general office queries.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, including managing meeting rooms, refreshments, and technical setup.
  • Maintain attendance and other administrative records, including payroll-related paperwork.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1–2
    years of experience in procurement or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with procurement or inventory management systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
