The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial activities of multiple clients, overseeing accounts receivable and payable, conducting reconciliations, generating financial reports, and performing full bookkeeping duties. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA/CA or related field.
  • Experience in bookkeeping and managing financial activities for multiple clients.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience

  • 2 - 4 Years of working experience in a reputable firm is a must.
  • Proficiency in Excel: Demonstrated ability to work with Excel spreadsheets effectively.
  • Accounting Software Expertise: Proven experience with QuickBooks online and Xero accounting software.
