Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in apparel graphics, technical drawings, and e-commerce design. You will be responsible for creating 3D Mockups, Listings for different platforms, factory-ready visuals, digital content, and marketing assets that strengthen our brand presence and support product launches across online and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Apparel & Product Design Support

  • Create 3D Mockups (front, back, detail views) for Apparel.
  • Develop visual size charts and technical illustrations for tech packs.
  • Support the production team with print-ready artwork for logos, labels, and trims.

  • Maintain consistency of design language across all product visuals.

  • Tech Pack & Production Graphics

  • Prepare technical illustrations for factory communication.

  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure accuracy of measurements, POMs, and annotations.

  • Create mockups for fabric patterns, embroidery, and printing placements.

  • E-Commerce & Marketing Design

  • Design storefront visuals (Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Facebook Marketplace).

  • Prepare product mockups for online listings.
  • Create engaging social media content (Instagram posts, reels graphics, TikTok thumbnails).

  • Develop ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google ads.

  • Brand Identity & Visual Consistency

  • Maintain brand guidelines (color palettes, fonts, logo usage).

  • Design packaging assets (hang tags, stickers, labels, barcodes).
  • Assist in lookbook and catalog design for product launches.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in apparel/fashion industry (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel & Canva.
  • Strong understanding of apparel construction and garment graphics.
  • Ability to create clean technical drawings & measurement charts.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, eBay) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing design (ads, social media content).
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and consistency.

KPIs & Deliverables

  • Weekly output of 3D Mockups + tech pack updates.
  • On-time delivery of listing-ready mockups for e-commerce platforms.
  • Minimum 12-15 engaging social media graphics per week.
  • Consistent design quality across all brand touchpoints.
