Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in data management, reporting, and data modeling within the banking or financial sector. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise reporting solutions, data integration pipelines, and financial analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain financial and regulatory reports for management and compliance purposes.
  • Lead data modeling, ETL development, and data integration across multiple systems and data sources.
  • Implement and optimize modern data integration frameworks and ensure data quality, consistency, and governance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Manage ETL and reporting platforms such as SSIS, ODI, Power BI, and SSRS, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Support data architecture initiatives and contribute to the evolution of enterprise data platforms.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in data management and reporting best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in data management, reporting, and analytics within the banking or financial services domain.
  • Strong expertise in ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, ODI) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS).
  • Proven experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration techniques.
  • Solid understanding of financial and regulatory reporting processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, database performance tuning, and data validation frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or similar).
  • Familiarity with data governance and metadata management tools.
  • Prior experience in Core Banking or Financial Data Warehouse environments.
