Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Web Developer Instructor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in
MERN Stack
,
PHP & MySQL with Laravel
, and
Python Django Full Stack Development
. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical web development training to students at various skill levels, guiding them from fundamentals to advanced full-stack development concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-person or online instruction in:
  • MERN Stack

  • Full Stack Web Development
  • PHP & MySQL
  • Laravel Framework
  • Python Django Full Stack
  • Design and develop curriculum, lesson plans, coding exercises, and projects.
  • Provide hands-on coding support, debug students' code, and offer technical guidance.
  • Prepare assessments, assignments, and capstone projects to evaluate student performance.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies in web development.
  • Mentor and support students through one-on-one sessions, project reviews, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the curriculum and training team to continuously improve course content.
  • Track student progress and provide progress reports as required.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (1-2years) is appreciated as a Web Developer or Software Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in:
  • MERN Stack
    , , Express, MongoDB)
  • PHP & MySQL
    development
  • Laravel Framework
  • Python & Django
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Git/GitHub
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, MVC frameworks, and deployment tools (Heroku, Netlify, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and effectively.
  • Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with frontend libraries like Bootstrap, TailwindCSS

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
