Die/Mold Maker

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mold Maker / Die Maker to join our prototyping team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, fabricating, repairing, and maintaining molds and dies used in production processes. This role requires technical expertise, precision, and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality and efficient output.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and fabricate molds and dies according to specifications.
• Operate machines such as CNC, milling, lathe, grinding, EDM, and other precision tools.
• Maintain, repair, and modify existing molds/dies to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
• Perform precision measurement and quality checks using tools like micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.
• Troubleshoot issues in mold/die performance and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of molds and dies.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in the workshop.

Requirements

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Tool & Die Making, Mechanical, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Mold Maker / Die Maker in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
• Hands-on experience with manual and CNC machines.
• Ability to work independently and with precision.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
