We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media poster to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, platforms, and strategies, and is eager to learn and contribute to our digital marketing efforts. As a Social Media poster, you will gain hands-on experience in managing and creating content for various social media platforms, enhancing your skills in social media marketing and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and curating engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Schedule and publish posts on various social media platforms according to the content calendar.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and interactions, and respond promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative social media campaigns.
  • Research and analyze social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Help develop social media graphics, videos, and other visual content.
  • Participate in the creation of social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns and monitor performance.
  • Provide regular reports on social media engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and tools.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in social media marketing and digital trends.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to contribute fresh ideas.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
