Role Description

This full-time on-site role, stationed in Layyah, requires a Field Officer specializing in Non-Communicable Diseases. The Field Officer will be responsible for implementing field-level project activities, engaging with community members to raise awareness about non-communicable diseases, and ensuring timely data collection for monitoring and evaluation purposes. Other duties include coordinating with local stakeholders, providing support for workshops or training sessions, monitoring the effective execution of intervention plans, and compiling reports for project updates.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in community engagement, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder coordination
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and preparation of detailed reports
  • Understanding of health campaigns and program implementation, especially related to non-communicable diseases
  • Knowledge of maternal and child health care interventions is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and local languages
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in field settings
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field; additional certifications in public health are advantageous
  • Willingness to work in field conditions and travel within the project area as required
